What is TDCJGear.com Return and/or Exchange Policy?

We hope that you will be pleased with the items you choose from TDCJGear.com. However, if you find you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept a return of items in their original condition within 20 days of purchase with a VALID receipt for an exchange.  Unfortunately, we cannot accept any worn, washed, altered, tag less, or embroidered items. There will be a 10% restocking fee.

*Important* Any valid return must have receipt, order #, and the reason for return.

ALL RETURNS/EXCHANGES MUST BE RETURNED BY MAIL ONLY.
