Pegasus shipping policy

When Pegasus Uniforms receives your order in our system, it immediately goes to order filling. However, due to high volume of orders, it typically takes from 3 to 10 days to be processed. We will email you throughout your order process. We will ship out by US Mail when possible; when you request UPS you will be emailed your tracking number.

Pegasus Projects ships via UPS, and we use the United States Postal Service. Our first choice is the US Post Office (our way of keeping an American tradition alive).

After order processing, please allow 7 to 10 business days for delivery. We will send you an email the day it ships out. If for any reason merchandise is not available you will be notified promptly.

We are constantly monitoring our inventory, but on occasion, we have advertised product that is gone. In this case, you will be notified.

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.


Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

We Ship with Fedex, UPS, USPS


TDCJGear.com ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories. 

 Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
TDCJGear.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages
TDCJGear.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
